WHAT/WHO/WHERE: Erin’s Birthday Dinner at Simeon’s!

You can’t really tell from these photos (because we spent a considerable amount of time getting ready—say 10 minutes max), but we all spent all day in the library before this dinner.

Dinner consisted of 10 plates of tapas and our wine flights. The food was great, but what I will remember most of my night there is the fact that my wine glasses came in these really cool tree wires. If I ever open up a restaurant, definitely expect cool wine stands. They don’t just look cool—they reduce the surface area on your dinner table! #hehe
